Omajova- Thermitomyces schimperi, is a wild delicacy in Namibia. It is a Herero name for these giant mushrooms. It is found on big ant hills. Some of them gets bigger than a paper plate! They are not poisonous and are very tasty when you prepare it with a creamy garlic sauce.
